Parents/Guardians, once you register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using the instructions below, they'll automatically populate on the roster and become active for the season! Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse! New parents/swimmers will have to create an account and add their swimmer to a team. Returning parents/swimmers will merely have to use their existing account and declare which team they will be swimming for. All teams use this system to manage team rosters, complete meet entries, and run the meets. Swimmingly Registration: $14 - At the start of the season participants MUST complete a separate $14 registration on the Swimmingly website. Choose your team and then select the correct group based on your child's gender and age as of June 1 2023. To register your swimmer, visit the Excel Aquatics Swim School Registration Platform and scroll to the bottom for summer league teams. It is the first registration through the Excel website that will secure your child's spot on the team. Registration fee includes team cap, practice five days each week, and meet fees.
Team Registration (two separate registrations are required)Ģ023 Team Registration fee: $160 - First you will register your child on the team using the Excel Summer League Registration Platform, and then complete the Swimmingly registration below. The parent meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 17th, at 6:00pm on the outdoor pool deck. Swimmers who have not previously swum for one of our summer league teams typically need to be evaluated and placed in an appropriate practice group.Įvalulation date is Saturday, April 29th from 12:30-3:00pm, and they will be held at the Longview Rec Center. Parents should plan to volunteer throughout the season, as the success of the season depends on your involvement. Meets are typically on Tuesday mornings, with the exception of the championship meet, which will be on a weekend. Practice times will be prior to 10am, depending on when your child's age group is scheduled. The Sea Dragons swim at the Longview Rec Center.
